Abraha Belechew, head chef, has perfected the art of creating authentic Ethiopian food from his years of culinary experience. Abraha chooses all of meats and produce by hand, ensuring that all of the ingredients are as fresh as possible. Our meats and vegetables are fresh, never frozen, allowing Abyssinia's food to most accurately reflect traditional Ethiopian cuisine.

Our menu features both regular meat and vegetarian dishes that follow Ethiopian tradition. We feature combination dishes that allow your party to try many different dishes at once.
